Apar Initiative was founded in 2018 as a movement to inspire innovation and creativity in our next generation of leaders. Our Vision is to empower girls to develop their STEM capabilities without any limits or bounds. We work towards achieving this vision through the following objectives: enabling a platform for mentorship opportunities and community building, educating and advocating for girls to think and dream big, and helping develop the foundation for great leadership and critical thinking skills.

 

 

 

Our Mission: Enabling a culture of diversity and inclusivity through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Programs. AWSN acts as the platform that initiates or supports programs, partners and stakeholders who amplify, magnify, or accelerate systemic and social change within the greater community, allowing all to participate to their full capacity in STEM
