Pooja Agarwal, Board Member

Pooja comes with almost two decades of professional HR experience in multiple industries. Her enthusiasm to work with AWSN comes from her own science background and her experience in creating work environments conducive to attracting and retaining female talent in organizations. Pooja has a Master’s in HR and OD and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. She is a mother to two children – Rabya and Roohani. She is married to Rahul who is an accomplished Executive coach and Leadership development professional. She holds a black belt in karate and likes to draw and paint landscapes with oil pastels.
